- Family goals
-How will you utilize your strengths to achieve those?
-Habits to stop?
-Habits to start?

-If you achieve everything you want in the next ten years, what does your ’10 year from now’ self say to you going into 2020. Listen to them. They know you you best. Write your self a quick letter or message.
-Who are 5 people you want to hang out with more.
-Pick a word of the year.

Now here is the most important part. Imagine what it would feel like if you accomplished everything you just wrote down. Feel it hard! Now open your eyes and carry on. You have now buried all this into your subconscious and made that a partner in your success. (whatever your definition.)
